"Save-A-Lot Is Better" Volume 10: O'Day's Farms Four Cheese Instant Mashed Potatoes

Price: 99¢ (2 pouches per box)
Consistency: When mixing these, there's almost no globs of unmixed flakes like some other brands can do
Flavor: Cheese flavor isn't overpowering or weak, it's just right, and there's no need to add salt because they're already a little salty

Hey there! I agree the O'days Farms brand is just as good! I have been shopping at Save-a-lot for the past month and I like the results. I tried the regular pototes-not cheese- with some country fried steaks and gravy the results were great very "fulfilling". I am saving money and the diffence in the food is limited to none! The vegetables are the same. Alittle cheaper but the result and quality is the same. I am picky about getting my meat cut there, but for everything else it is cheaper and the taste is the same! I think it's all up to the COOK. I try to make anything taste better. :) Put my own into it. I never go by the box. My husband doesn't like the "off brands" but he can't tell the diff. I'll explain. I just made some SO CHEEZY aka "Mac N Cheese" and he ate it all! Not just his plate mine and the rest in the pot! So I think I will continue to shop at Save-a-Lot. That off brand box turned into a hit at the dinner table. So You really do SAVE and the food is just the same.
